KILLEEN NURSING AND REHABILITATION HIRES MICHAEL HEATH AS ADMINISTRATIOR
(KILLEEN, Texas) – Killeen Nursing and Rehabilitation is excited to announce that Michael Heath has been hired as the facility’s new Administrator. Mr. Heath is a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator and began working in long term care while still in high school. Michael has continued to serve in the healthcare industry for over 40 years. Throughout his career, he has received many national quality of care awards, including awards from the Texas Health Care Association and the American Healthcare Association. He received his bachelor’s degree from Furman University.
Mr. Heath’s responsibilities will include overseeing all day-to-day aspects of running a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. He will work directly with employees, residents, and the Killeen community to ensure that all Killeen Nursing and Rehabilitation residents get the best care possible.
While at Killeen Nursing and Rehabilitation, Mr. Heath said he wants to help to reduce turnover of employees, promote a continued environment of resident happiness and quality care. Mr. Heath said he is happy to serve as the new Killeen Nursing and Rehabilitation Administrator. Michael stated, “I am excited about joining Killeen Nursing and Rehabilitation and look forward to providing guidance to the staff while serving the needs of our residents and community.”
Mr. Heath says he is blessed with being married and having wonderful children and grandchildren. While not at work, Michael enjoys history, reading and piddling in the garage.
